Every shirt, hoodie, and piece of merch you order is custom printed just for you through our fulfillment partner Printify, right here in the land of the free. That means we don’t accept returns just because you changed your mind or picked the wrong size. This ain't Amazon, and we’re not a department store.

🔥 We'll Replace It If It's Actually Messed Up

We’ll make it right if your gear shows up:

  • Damaged or busted

  • Printed wrong

  • Completely not what you ordered

📸 Just shoot us a clear photo of the issue along with your order number and a quick note to help@patriotandsons.com within 30 days of receiving it.

🚫 No Returns for Regret or Sizing Slip-Ups

We're not in the business of regret. Here’s what we don't accept:

  • “Oops, I ordered the wrong size”

  • “I changed my mind”

  • “Can I exchange this for a different color?”

  • Minor shipping delays or color differences due to screen display

Check our sizing guide before you order. Don’t eyeball it—measure it. Freedom comes with responsibility.

💥 We’ve Got Your Back on Legit Issues

If we messed up, we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund—no questions asked. You won’t need to return the item. That’s right, keep it. Burn it. Frame it. Whatever. We’ll still make it right.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Just give us a few days to process.

🕒 Shipping Delays & Missing Packages

We ship through the usual suspects (USPS, UPS, etc.), and they’re usually solid. But if your gear’s been MIA for 30 days (US) or 45 days (international), let us know. We’ll track it down or send a replacement.
